The first step: Send pebbles below 630mm to the NK75J Mobile Jaw Crusher station for primary crushing.
The small and medium-sized materials slip into the main belt conveyor through the grate hopper of the feeder, and enter the next stage together with the crushed materials from the jaw crusher.
The second step:The NK300HS Mobile Cone Crusher with pre-screening function takes on the important task of secondary crushing.
The materials crushed in the primary stage are transported by a belt conveyor to the HPT300 hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing. The discharged materials are pre-screened, and the aniseed is returned to the cone crusher for continued crushing. Aggregate that meets the particle size requirements is transported to the finished product screening vehicle.
The third step
After cleaning and screening by the NK200S-3 screen car wash, clean aggregates of different specifications are sent to the finished product pile.
