Due to the integrated screening machine's modular control screen, which combines vibrating screening, material distribution, and air classification functions, the finished sand gradation and stone powder content can be adjusted at any time by regulating the negative pressure and distributor settings without changing the screen mesh, achieving high screening efficiency.

The system uses a negative-pressure dust collector combined with fully enclosed, sealed operation throughout the entire process. From the ore powder silo to the powder tanker, the entire conveying process ensures no dust emission on site. Moreover, the dry production process requires no water washing, so no wastewater or sludge treatment issues arise. All environmental indicators meet national standards.

An integrated electronic control system enables online monitoring and adjustment of the entire equipment's operation. It features one‑key start/stop, fault alarms, emergency stop, and automatic stabilization of operating parameters, ensuring the quality of the finished sand and smooth, stable production line capacity.

The finished sand undergoes three stages of optimization: high‑frequency "stone‑on‑stone" impact shaping in the VU impact crusher, high‑speed grinding, and cascade grinding & brushing in the particle optimizer. Through sufficient crushing and polishing, the sand grains become full, with a rounded surface and uniform thickness. The gradation, particle shape, and powder content of the sand are significantly improved. The proportion of fine sand (0.15-0.6 mm) increases substantially, while the proportion of coarse sand (2.36-4.75 mm) decreases. The powder content can be freely adjusted within the range of 3-15%.
